  1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove exhaust manifold heat shield.
  2. Disengage power steering pump reservoir hose from pump bracket and engine lifting bracket, then disconnect return hose and reservoir pump hose from pump.
  3. Allow fluid to drain into a suitable container, then raise and support vehicle.
    1. Remove lower belt guard, then rotate drive belt tensioner clockwise as viewed from direction shown, and remove accessory drive belt.
    2. Lower vehicle, then remove traction assist module bolts and position module aside.
    3. Rotate power steering pump pulley to gain access to each pump front mounting bolt, then remove three front bolts and one rear bolt and lift pump from vehicle.

        1. Rotate drive belt tensioner clockwise as viewed from direction shown to install accessory drive belt.

SOURCE: Seems like the power steering

If this is around a 1999 F150, it is the Power Steering line going to the front steering oil cooler. There is a plastic clip which holds the line against the frame. Apparently it is a common problem. The plastic part seems to hold road salt and moisture against the metal and it corrodes.

Change the line out or at least take it off and inspect it.

Power steering - wheel feels like it pulls

check your balljoints. jack up the wheel and try to move it side to side and in and out. if it moves more than a minimal amount your ball joints could be bad and you will need to takeit in and they can let you know how close the are to breaking.

I dont know where it is

it is located behind the power steering pump. You need to remove the power steering pump to get to it which requires removing the engine mount next to it to get the bottom bolt out of the power steering pump. The sensor is directly behind the power steering pump. You can follow the cable that goes behind the pump. It is the only one there.

Power Steering pump pulley

You'll need a power steering pump puller available at most part stores. They are very easy to use and it should have directions in the package on proper use. Just think if you can do yours, you can do most of the domestics pumps out there.
