dont know if your changing front or rear but i suggest buying the struts as an assembly. this way you get everything new. rock auto just got a new listing for these. you dont need any special tools to install them. i drive an 03 r/t myself.

Owners Manuals for everything are very cheap and plentiful on eBay. There is only the green and the orange stuff out there and your warranty is long gone, not so much to worry about. The turn of the century brought about the orange and so many problems associated with it that once the warranty is over, most folks use good old green. You can call a dealer and ask for service please, when you hear a voice ask that guy what color coolant you should be using in a 99 LHS.

The green coolant works fine, just don't mix it with red/orange, it turns brown

Take off the cover of the fuse box and look on the inside, there is a diagram of the fuses locations and names.

2005 Dodge Stratus, don't have one, the only way to drain radiator, is to remove lower radiator coolant hose, I know just did a timing belt and water pump on one, getting ready to go home, hope this was very helpful.

yes it could be a fuse aswell as a relay check both to be sure

there are two types of coolant that were used in your car: your coolant bottle or cap may have a orange or green dot on it.

Orange dot = DEXCOOL
Green dot= Eythelene gycol (green stuff)

All the 97' and UP had dexcool. 96' was the transistion year, some one way some the other.
