I have a 1999 Saturn S series car. The horn, alarm system, a/c and door locks recently quit working. The fuses seem to be ok. This all happened at once.

That won't be fuses. Not all would go at the same time. That being said, I would still double back and recheck them. Check the relays in the fuse box. The fuse box cover will have a "map" that identifies which relay or relays you need to check.

How do I deactivate the alarm without the fob? The fob was lost and now we cannot start the car because the alarm is set.

ther should be a toggle switch by your left foot if it is a AFTERMARKET alarm system, turn key on and flip the switch 3 times. for a factory alarm are you sure that its because of the alarm or is the battery bad, if the battery is good just diconnect the battery and try again also you can pull the fuse for the RKE remote keyless entery and try that.

I lost my keyless entry for my 1999 Saturn SL2. When I tried to open the car with the key, the alarm went off and I can't get it to stop. I lost my keyless entry. What do I do to bypass the alarm, so I...

There should be an alarm fuse, you can pull that to shut it off. A GM dealer should be able to set you up with a new keyless entry remote. I'm not sure which fuse it is, but the service manual should tell you. If not, the fuse block cover may tell you as well. Good luck

The factory alarm won't let me start the car.

Try pulling and resetting the 30amp ignition fuse - my 1999 Saturn SL1 1.9L has the same problem.
