Hello, sounds like you may have a engine miss, things like spark plugs, plug wires, fuel injectors can cause a engine miss. you will need to have the system scanned for trouble codes. once a trouble code has been pulled form the system you will have a much better idea what the problem might be
take car to local part store they diagnose for free ....it might just need a tune the diagnose can tell you exactly what is causing the check engine light to come on
Have your front brake rotor's cut or replace, there warp that why it shakes at stops.If your going to have them cut make sure they mic them, if to thin, they will warp again.
could be coming from 3 spots
1 engine mounts = mounts go bad try shaking the motor when its cold to see if you can hear it
2 brakes = sometimes brake hardware can come loose or rust away mo so in brake drums in the back
3 exhaust shield = there is a thin shield around parts of the exhaust while it cold shake the tail pipe to see if you hear it
