Backup lights dont work on 1994 2 wheel drive geo tracker
fuse blown "marked turn/back" above left knee,
if turn sigs ok , its ok.
see page 6

or the back up switch on top of tranny is bad
see pdf page 31, factory guy checking said switch with simple
ohm-meter

Can I tow a 1994 2WHD 5 speed manual transmission with all 4 wheels down?
Yes, with a manual transmission, you're good. An automatic is another story. Manual transmissions do not need the engine running to lubricate it, so towing is unrestricted with them.
