Check the fuse, fuel pump relay, and wiring to the pump. If all these are good the pump has probably failed and need replacing. In rare cases it can be a problem with the ECU.

Seen this in mine.... the one-way check vavle in the fuel pump (it causes your fuel line to still have pressure when you go to start it up) is most likely faulty, to test this (carefully, and slowly) remove the test screw located at the end of the fuel rail. if the check vavle is bad you will have no pressure in the line and the screw hole will not have fuel in it...
now i do NOT recomend this, but, i used ether to allow the car to start and to stay started untill the fuel injectors "drew" out all the air trapped in the fuel line, as long as i do not allow it to sit for more than three days i am fine.
the second method i use "clear flood" i hold the gas pedal all the way to the floor then try to start it.

Intermittent fuel pump relay, need help I have a 1992 Honda Accord LX. I'm not gettng fuel pumped all the time. I suspect an intermittent fuel pump relay. The fuel pump was replaced 4 months ago.

try tapping on it a bit or banging on it, but before you do, let me tell you that you need a new fuel pump or the hose could have something in it blocking flow or something.

Honda accord

The main relay on 1992 Accords are considered a dual relay. It controls both the ECU and the fuel pump in tandem.
