Usually if you disconect the battery leave for few minuets and then reconect it it usually spits the cd out as the unit resets itself saves a few 100$ hope yhis works if notbthe mechanisem in the unit has gone you will have to strip the cd player down to get your cd back

SOURCE: my 2003 c240 cd changer

You will have to take it out of the car, remove its case (6 screws on the bottom and rear plus a lot of small clips), access the mechanism and remove the top lever - the one that keeps the disk pressed in position, 4 screws. Once the disk is out wind down the tray - manually rotate the small motor at the front of the mechanism. If the tray doesn't wind down when you rotate the motor then the plastic gears that transmit the movement have failed. This can't be fixed, the mechanism - and the entire charger with it - is dead. You will have to buy a new one.

Look in the Owner's Manual for the FUSES. Find the one for the CD changer - stereo - and remove it. ENSURE THE car is OFF and key is removed. You'll lose any radio presets! This should reset the CD changer and may allow the stuck CD to come out.

Cd disc changer

As with ALL disk drives, you need to dissemble the changer to remove the disk by hand. Usually not as bad as it sounds, have done it many times.

2007 ford taurus air bag light on after replacing stereo

The CD changer option is similar to the single-disc player. The CD changer has the ability to toggle between the stereo and the multi-disc changer. In the 2007 Ford Taurus, the CD changer is located either in the vehicle's trunk or in the center console and has a magazine that can hold up to six CDs.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When i try cd it keeps writing error.and reject every cd plates i insert.it was playing normal 2days ago.pls what do i do when error notice appear.the car is honda 2003 model coupe.thanx

Unfortunately 90% of the time when you get error codes from the CD player/changer it means that there is a mechanical failure in the CD player/changer unit itself and it usually requires CD player/changer rebuild or replacement...
First make sure you have entered the correct anti-theft code. If battery power has been disconnected recently than the stereo display will read CODE if the incorrect anti-theft code is entered the display will read ERR1 thru ERR3. If this is the case you'll have to get the correct anti-theft code. Note; If you enter the incorrect code three times the stereo locks up. Disconnect the battery for more than 30 seconds and then retry.
FYI;Never use adhesive labels or protective disc covers on recordable CD's. Recordable CD's are actually thicker than pre-recorded CD's. Automotive players and changers use rollers to draw the disc into the unit. The added thickness of an adhesive label or protective disc cover may cause the disc to jam. Also CD players and changers are exposed to high temperatures inside the vehicle. High temp will cause the labels adhesive to soften which may cause the labels edges to curl or cause it to bubble. Either one may cause the disc to jam. If the player can not be disassembled and have the discs removed successfully than it will have to be replaced. -hope this helps.

CD player is not working.

I would first try removing the fuse to the radio/cd player, see if that resets the system and get the cd out.

Hope this helps some.

Toyota dashboard CD player won't eject

I had this say problem with my 2000 solara. Here is the fix, remove one of the car battery terminals for a couple of mins (3-4mins). The reattach the battery terminal back. This would make your cd player and car clock reset. once you start your car you should be able to eject the cds. You'll just need to reprogram all your preset radio station. Hope it helps
