Lap belt or shoulder harness? Lap belt - remove rear seat bottom by pushing in on bottom edge of the seat cushion and lifting. This will expose the lap belt and its anchor. Shoulder belt should be accessible via trunk compartment. If not then you'll have to remove the back of the rear seat to get to it.

Need to pop trunk open to get keys out of the trunk on a 95 Ford crown Victoria

In some large cars like yours you can remove the rear seat back and open a plate that gives access to the trunk. Depending on your car if it is just a small access panel you will have to go on a fishing expedition with a magnet attached to a rod of some sort to fish them out.

I had a 1997 Ford Crown Victoria with An H9 rear axle code. I want to know what rear axle code is comparable to the H9 for a Mercury Grand Marquis?

reading forums on this reveals that the h9 is a 3.55 limited slip diff mainly used in f150 fords. However all that is immaterial as what you are looking for is a diff centre that is 3.55 ratio that will fit in your housing . The same housing will use the both LSD and normal diffs as the LSD was an option offered for off road vehicles or vehicles operating in bad road conditions

1997 Ford Crown Victoria with 197,000 miles. Power windows: The rear passenger window will go down, but will no longer go up.

the switch is shorted, if it moves in one direction but not the other, its the switch , since all the switch does is reverse the power supplied to it,, the up side of the switch is bad, replace it

I need to get my 97' Crown victoria trunk open from the inside.

There should be a safety trunk release located on the upper rear window deck platform- a black handpull . If it is still intact- it should pop the trunk lid.
