The first things to check should be the operation of the choke or cold start. It could be not working properly or out of adjustment. When cold and the key is turned on,you should see the linkages work on the intake of the motor.2nd.Check all fuel filters and lines are all good.3rd.Check the sparkplugs are all in good order. It sometimes only takes one to playup when its very cold and you wont get it going..Try these first and I hope it helps

I need help with my chevy s10 2000

sounds like bad battery, also check for parasitic drains on electrical system. Batteries usually start going bad in summer or warm months and when it is colder there is a larger draw on battery current.

Have you changed the fuel filter lately? If not do so. Sounds like fuel restriction. Filter usually on frame rail passenger side. Good luck!

2003 chevy S10. some gauges & light don't work & the radio only works when you turn off truck

When these gauges start going on GM autos it is almost always a new instrument cluster. On 2002 to 2006 GM's we replace 5-10 per week. (We have over 220,000 vehicles in our fleet)
