You must enter the the radio antitheft lock reset code, the code came with the car new in the owners paperwork. If you do no thave the code contact your local Honda dealer. We do not have thsese codes.
I hate to say this but you need to prove to a honda car dealer that you own the car, then remove the radio. their is a code # on the tag on the radio that the honda dealer can use to figure out your unlock code....
Look in the glove box. On the back of the glove box door there should be a small white sticker with two sets of numbers. The number set with five (5) digits is your radio reset code. Use the radio preset buttons to enter the code. If entered correctly, the radio should turn on instantly to the factory default settings.
You should be able to retrieve the Radio Code from any Honda dealer by providing them with the VIN number and proof of ownership of your Honda. Also Honda has a web site https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/prod_home.asp that i registered all three of my honda's and I can retrieve the Radio Code from there.
