1988 Camry side mirrors do not work

Hi Fixers

I have checked fuse which also has radio on it - ok

With ignition on

I have checked voltage at side windows connection - none

I have checked voltage at regulator for side mirrors - inserted in door -none.

I have not removed door trim - i am thinking a connector in door might be faulty - this is my next move

Hopefully someone has a solution that i can follow up

Regards Neilm

Where is all the fuses located in a 1988 Toyota camry

Fuses for lights, radio, etc is located on the kick panel just to the left of the clutch. Difficult to see and reach so you have to get your head right down by the pedals. Fuses for things like the fuel pump, etc are located under the hood usually towards the front of the car on the drivers side.

Best to you.

I have a 1988 ford f150 and have non power to the fuel pump

Sounds like the relay has gone bad (common problem on these trucks) there is no rebuild so you have to replace it (around $10) located under hood, passenger side, by air cleaner you'll see a bank of little "boxes" the fuel pump is the green one. Just go to your local parts store to get the replacement. You just unplug the old one, and plug in the new one. Do make sure the key is OFF when you do it.

POWER MIRRORS DON'T WORK AT ALL ANY FUSE ON 2002 FORF RANGER

Check to see if the mirrors share a fuse with another circuit, if fuse is good, check for 12v at the mirror, if no voltage check for 12v going to the power mirror switch. If no voltage check for 12v at the ignition circuit that feeds 12v to the power mirrors.

2001 explorer sport trac side mirros not working"

did you check power mirror fuse? if ok, remove your power mirror switch at the driver side and clean the contact area, take a test light and check all wires for good connection. one by one test the voltage output,-/+ by pressing the switch, if all wires have output -/+ , and mirrors still not working, remove the switch connector, find out the three wires going to power mirror and direct it to - and positive voltage alternately, if the mirrors move, repair the wire that cut on the moving area, if still not moving repair or replace the two motors inside the mirror

1988 Camry 4cyl LE power loss on ACC to ON

The blower fan is powered by a 30 amp circuit breaker. Its in the box at the pass kick panel. Is it getting power through it? The blower relay is powered through the GAUGE fuse 7.5 amp. Check ALL the fuses. There is a 30 amp fuse that powers the ign switch also. If you get the blower working I think everything else will work.

2005 Toyota Camry Repair, passenger side mirror fault

The problem can be the switch, mirror, or wiring. Assess the missor connector to see if voltage is coming to the connector when you try to adjust the mirror. If you are getting voltage, replace the mirror. If not, check the wiring, especially any additional connectors inside the door.

1988 bmw 735i won't start

hi remarkable08;

When you turn the key to start, you should have 12 volts at the small terminal on the starter solenoid.

If you have 12 volts but no cranking the solenoid is not working. If you do not have any voltage on this
terminal there is a problem in the ignition key wiring. If you have no way to measure the voltage, your best bet is to remove the starter and solenoid, take it to an Auto Zone type store and have them check it for you. When you go to remove the starter, be sure to disconnect the ground lead on your battery first.

Hope this helps. Good luck Loringh PS Please leave a rating for me if appropriate. Thanks
