Try checking and making sure you are getting fuel to the fuel rail there should be a serator valve on the line on the engine. If you are not getting fuel to it make sure the fuel pump fuse and relay are in good working order. Check and see if you can hear the fuel pump running. If you are not getting fuel to the rails and can not hear the pump running the pump is possibly bad.

No you should not have. There should not be any kind of anti theft device that I know of connected to this part of the harness.

On a '94, there isn't a stock antitheft. That pack rat had more to do with it. Just replace the fuel pump wiring and you should be good to go.

many yr, make & models out there, but I would start at ECM. checking connectors & wiring for shorts & bad grounds. Pull out wiring diagrams first for harness.

94 Opel kadett 1.6 single injector. Petrol does not seem to get thru for car to start.petrol pump is ok.where could the problem be.

Check the injector circuit. Here's how injectors usually work: when key is on, they have live power available to them. Key on, the circuit is turned on, so power passes through a fuse to the injector on the power wire. (Check the fuse- it's under the hood, most likely.)
To make the injector "pulse" or spray fuel out, the engine computer will internally ground the circuit for a split second. The injector has a power wire to it from that fuse. Then the ground wire at the injector goes into the computer.

If you have a test light, you can test the circuit. First, clip a test light ground lead to negative battery post. With key on, and the injector connector unplugged, check for battery voltage on the power wire. One of the wires should have voltage and will light up the test light. Now, move your test light lead to the battery POSITIVE post. Have a helper be cranking the engine over while you probe the ground wire-the one that did not light up the test light. If the injector circuit ground is good, the test light will now be blinking. (You are putting voltage into the ground wire to the computer, to check if it is properly grounding the circuit. Every time the light blinks, the computer has grounded the circuit.)
If the circuit passes both tests (key on, steady test light on power wire; engine cranking, blinking light on ground wire), then the injector circuit is good. The injector should be pulsing when it is connected and the engine is cranking. If no gas is coming out of the injector, could be that fuel is blocked somewhere (filter?) from reaching the injector, or it could be a shorted injector. Someone with a volt-ohm meter should check the resistance across the injector terminals and compare with manufacturers' specifications. This will determine if the injector is bad.

Truck won't start

If the engine will not crank, it could be the starter, the neutral safety switch, or a bad connection.
A mechanic would check the starter circuit back to the key switch.

My 94 ford explorer 4.0 cranks but wont start. i have 38lbs of fuel at rail port and spark at wire. it also runs on etherfor a hot second. what else can i try?

Check your injector circuit. It will also let you know if the PCM is allowing the injectors to energize. Here's how:
Pull off one injector connector. Turn key to on. Use a test light and clip the black lead of tester to ground, Use the tester's probe to probe both wires in the injector connector. One of the wires should have power and light the testlight, meaning the injector power circuit is working. Now for the injector ground circuit.
Move the black lead of testlight to the battery positive post. Now probe the wire in the connector that did not light up. Have someone crank the car over. When cranking the test light SHOULD be blinking, meaning the PCM is properly grounding the injectors to work. If both wires passed the test, your injector circuit is good.
If it's not working, either the power circuit from ignition switch to injectors is out (no steady light), or the ground circuit from injectors to PCM is not working (no blinking light).
Good luck, post back with results for further assistance.

Buick lesabre 94,crank but wont start, got spark but not open fuel injectors

Check your fuses. Check at an injector plug for power with the key on. One wire would be power with the key on. The other wire would be a ground pulse when the engine is turning (running or starting). Both wires may show hot but it could just be power feeding back. If you have a test light capable of testing for ground, check for ground as well while the engine is cranking (a noid light is ideal).
If no ground or you cannot test for it, take the ignition module to an autozone so they can test it for free.

I need a wiring diagram for a Merc Sprinter 311 LWB, 2004.. Now doesn't start after a so called Merc Mechanic took the engine out and rebuilt it... Sounds like a fuel injector problem, maybe with the...

I am going to give you some generic advice that works on all makes and models. First check the fuses, Pull them as they can loose contact, thus loose power. Check all the igntion, ECM/PCM and BCM, Fuel pump and relay, and injectors fuses. Best to check them all, but atleast these. Also check to see if there is a security issue, your manual should tell you how to reset it. Check the fuel pressure, just because you have fuel, doesn't mean you have enough pressure. Wiring harnesses are what I call idiot proof, You can not plug the wrong wire into the wrong part. Engineers got something right. Now if all that checks out then you need to work your way to the injector harness. Disconnect a few that are easy to access. First turn the key on and check for power, one wire will have 12 volts, the other wire goes to the ecm. A test light or volt meter will work. If you have power then you need to test the ecm, you can use a volt meter or there is a NOID test light you can get that is inexpensive at the parts store. using the meter put the leads to the harness leads and have someone crank the engine over, the meter should jump in voltage, it wont read 12 volts as it is on for milliseconds. if you use the noid light it will blink. Check several injector plugs.
When you get this far, Let me know as I have lots more. I don't want overload you to much.

Fuel injectors don't work on 1994 Saturn sc2

There is a (#1 Ignition Fuse) located in the under hood fuse box. Remove the fuse to make sure it is not blown. If the fuse is good we will have to check for injector pulse. Let me know if you have a 12 volt test light and you will need a "noid" light to figure out if the ECM is driving the injectors.
Let me know.

93 yukon 350 wont stay running at idle

when you crank the engine do you see fuel spraying from injectors .if you dont check for power at injector connectors one side should power and the other will be ground controlled from pcm.you can test with a 12 volt test for both. first test with test light grounded for power then test with test lead clip to battery to pos to the other wire from pcm while cranking engine light should flash.if it does turn key off again lean over tbi and have somone turn key on and listen for fuel circulating through tbi unit if you hear it without cranking engine replace fuel pressure regulator.
