Blower motor switch

The blower motor switch on your car lets you control the power to your blower motor. The blower motor is a small motor that blows out hot or cold air through your vents. If the switch goes out, you will not be able to control the blower motor. This can lead to miserable conditions in the vehicle in either extreme hot or cold weather. The switch is not hard to replace and will take about an hour to change.

    Blower motor relay

Right above the blower motor on the firewall next to 3 other relays..but I will bet your blower motor itself is shorting out. Jiggle the wire going to the blower motor. I bet it comes on. I have had 3 Grand Ams do this. Jiggling the wire will work for a while, but you will eventually have to change the blower motor. It is easy to change on a quad 4, but if you have a V-6, you have to remove the alternator to get to the blower motor.
