You may need to replace the door locking actuator, they do tend to go bad over times. does the driver side door lock automatic when using the lock button on the driver side. if you can lock and unlock the driver side door with a switch, my guess would not be the locking actuator, it might be in the remote locking module.

Testimonial: "Thanks for the help. everything relates back to the actuator.."

The buttons pop up as it is unlocked but unable to open drivers door. Could heat have anything to do with it.

Sounds like you need a door lock actuator for the drivers door.

On my 2010 Honda CRV if you lock the door with the key fob after a few hours I unlock with key fob and the alarm goes off

one of the door lock actuators is probably not working right. the door lock actuator is responsible for sending the correct signal to the door lock/unlock module to tell the module if/when a door is locked or unlocked

Key won t unlock doors

lost the other fob>>> ?????
never own a car with 1 fob.
and if one fob messes up, the battery inside is dead. (or worse)

its just cheezy switch. (can be cleaned)

Honda CRV 2002 Power Door lock

try testing or replaceing the drivers door lock actuator, reprogram ur key fobs and try unlocking and locking ur doors. as far as the lights and reminder,....it sounds like a seperate problem. but try the door actuator first (drivers side always act up and cause every other actuator to act up... like a bad kid that gets the rukkus started and ruins things for everyone..
