I have a 1998 Chrysler Town & Country and when my sister open the passenger side door by sticking her hand in the window the alarm system went off and now I can't crank up the car. what do I need to do to get the alarm off so the car can run???any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try locking/unlocking the passenger door with the key into the door lock to reset the alarm system. If the passenger side doesn't work, then try the driver side. Good luck.
it work only on the back gate door. Our 1999 Town & Country would not start at all, not even a click. prior to that would start then die or alarm would turn on and stay on. An hour later unlocking and locking the back gate with the key disable the alarm just by pure luck. Just happened minutes ago. We did try many things over 2 days. Hope it works for all. What if my keys don't match the locks in the doors?

use the key in passernger door and lock it then do the same on driverside then go back to the passenger side and unlock with key then driverside this wil reset the alarm and the vehicle should start.
