1994 honda civic dx one head light does not work. I changed both head lamps.

    I bought a owners manual and found out it was missing a low beem fuse. But thanks.

Why would you change one that worked? Check connector for 12 volts and check for a broken ground connection

Take it to the dealer, or your local mechanic, tell them you need a new steering wheel clock ring, they'll know what you mean.

Trying to replace ignition, trying to remove the old ignition.

This is not hard to do, first remove all the steering column plastic, then you'll see two bolts with no heads on them. Take a chisel and a hammer and loosen the bolts, counterclockwise. Install the same way except the new lock assembly will have reverse hex screws you torque down until the heads break off. good luck.

the main relay may need to be replace. is the car hot inside on a hot day , and when you air out the car to cool inside temperture, it starts.

Head gasket

take ur head to a machine shop get it checked for cracks and get the valve seals changed and that should probally help the oil burnin problem
