Car no start problem is sometimes very difficult to confirm. You try all the possible things, but still you get no fault and problem is still the same.--------

Fuse is OK. Tests/Procedures: 1. At the blower motor, there is a Dark Blue wire. This wire should have battery voltage whenever the key is in the "on" position. Power for the blower motor comes from the blower relay.

2. Access the front blower relay, it is located on the driver's side under the dash, near the junction block. There will be four wires going to it. The Dark Green wire should have battery voltage all the time. The Dark Blue wire is going to the motor. The Black/Orange wire should have battery voltage with the key in the "on" position. The Black wire should be grounded at all times. On this circuit, the relay is energized whenever the key is in the "on" position. Potential Causes: Front Blower Relay

sounds like a bad earth on one of the conections,take conector off and check the earth clean and spray wd40 onto it

sounds like u got a bad water leak somewere take to a shop and have it checked could lead to alot worse problems

Timing is computer controlled and is not user adjustable.

could be lots of things realy?
but id check each cylinder with a compression guage as this will give a good indication on condition & possable head gasket leak or valve trouble
Also check the fuel delivery systems
