Tach spring is breaking, you can get a seperate tach gauge in place of what you got. or how about this take dash out and get another tach gauge they are removable
If the odometer doesn't work, then you have a bad speedometer head assembly. The speedo head is a microprocessor that gathers the info coming from the vehicle speed sensor and translates it for you on the speedo and the odometer. If one is working, but the other isn't, then it is getting the VSS signal, it just isn't processing it right. You have to replace the brake light switch(It would have been wet with brake fluid from having done brake jobs)
Purchase a new keyless remote FOB. The signal from the remote is weak and loses contact with the anti-theft module in the instrument cluster. We have 2 sets of keys and 1 worked while the other caused the instrument cluster needles to jump and jam the gear selector. The problem is not the car's battery, alternator, wiring or instrument cluster.
check the battery and check the altinator to make sure its charging correctly. your local advance or autozone store will do this for free. as far as the rear air coming on, I suspect the rear blower motor resistor
I'd probably start with cleaning my connections at battery, & making sure my battery has a full charge. If not cured, maybe a new battery is required. If it will start with a jump, try running it for a couple of minutes with boosters on, and if all appears o.k. , change your battery.
