Either the refridgerent charge is low OR the expansion valve for the rear a/c is bad. I would evacuate the system and recharge it with the right amount FIRST before trying to diagnose another problem. should be a decal under the hood for correct amount of 134a

On my wifes 03' Yukon the rear air conditioning blows hot air no .... Pull the panel off and look at the hot/cold actuator shown in the picture.
sounds like a leak. Have your system checked for leaks and re-charged. If the system is full of refrigerant, then check the pressure switch on the compressor and the pressure switch on the accumulator (dryer). If the pressure in the system is low, these switches prevent the compressor from running to prevent damage.
