My drain plug was clogged on my 98 jeep grand cherokee. I have remedied that problem. Now i have the musty moldy smell coming from my vents bad.I purhased pureair a duct cleaner and deodorizer. It says to spray in my fresh air intake. Im not sure where that is. Is it the grills under the windsheild next to the windsheild wipers ? Thanks Debbie

Most common cause is water sitting in the bottom of the a/c heater box. Make sure the outside drain is open. There are spray products for using on the vents.
95 doesn't have a cabin filter. Chrsyler issued a TSB on musty moldy smelling a/c and how to deal with it.
What you can do is swing by your Jeep dealer and pick up a can of there cleaner. Or swing by your local auto parts store and they will have several products that will help with the smell. Follow the directions on the can and you should be in good shape.
Dead field mouse or cat? Usually caused by build of smoking and other odors that stick to the condensation created by the a/c and eventually becomes kind of a permanent smell in the vents.
The drain for the water coming from the ac is clogged. Clean it up. It's easier to do that from underneath the car - the drain is located on the firewall.
Under the cowl on the passenger side (where
the hood and windshield meet) there may either be a cabin air filter or just a mesh screen. If it has a filter, then replace it as that's probably the cause. If it's a mesh screen, then most likely it's allowed stuff into the vent and has caused the drain on the vent to clog and is most likely the cause of the smell. I'm not sure where the actual drain will be on your car. You could also install a filter in place of the mesh screen as well.
You might have a spark plug that is not sparking. Fuel will still be sprayed into the cylinder and not ignite. It will then just drain into the crankcase past the rings. I would pull all your plugs and check the plugs. If you find one that is soaked in fuel, it's probably the one.
i would look around the fuel injector themself be sure to use a flashlight for safety and go to an auto parts store and replace the o-ring or rings on the ones that is needed.
