THE drain holes on your car are to the right and left of the grill under the screen and comes out either under bonnet or behind the front wheel on inside of gaurd a small rubber hose and could be blocked with dirt or mud
When you find it put water hose and blow it back up to the screen (not down) also your heater gets its air from the same grill and if to much water fills up in it the heater could also get water in it

Sounds like the door gasket or trunk gasket is not sealing.
You may have to take it to a body shop to find the problem.

My 05 corolla is kept in uncovered storage outdoors and due to my current job it does not move alot. Recently (last 4 months) Every time I go into the car after it rains heavily there is pooled water...

first park your car where the back is flat then spray with a water hose on the back widow only and if you still have water go to a glass shop and let them seal your glass properly water is going in the car because there is a leak in the is or when you drive in the rain the water is coming up in the wheel well

Leaks on inside Toyota Corrolla on the passenger side

It could be water condensing from the A/C and dripping onto the passenger rug. Check under the passenger side dashboard, above the footwell, for the drain pipe from the A/C. If it's loose the water may leak into the footwell when the A/C is running. Should be reasonably easy to fix.

Water leak on the passenger rug

You may have a buildup of A/C condensate water in the A/C cooler box. Start the car up, and run the A/C; you should start to see water dripping out from under the car onto the street. If not, the A/C condensate tube may be blocked or dislodged from the A/C box. The water then leaks out of the box onto your floor. The drain is on the pass side, under the dash, close to the center console. The pipe goes thru the body. This is a very common issue.
