You might try unhooking the battiey for 20min both + and - posties cuz that will force the computor to have to resest only if you have addressied the fuel pressure problem which taht would most likly be your filter which isn't all that much

You may have to drive it several days for the light to go off, or have the codes cleared. personally I would just drive it. if the computer tests it, and it passes the test, it will go off on its own.

Check for loos connections between the intake and the tube from the air filter. Check if the clamp is loose or leaks in the tube which can cause an incorrect reading. Other than that it may be a dirty MAF sensor which can be fixed by spraying carb cleaning or tuner spray in the intake or it may be bad or a bad oxygen sensor;.

Readjust the Serpentine belt as the solution for the chirping sound. The check engine light could be a lot of things. Take it to the local Auto parts store and ask them to read the fault code for you. It is most likely the O2 sensor needing replaced and is an easy fix.

It could be that your knock sensor circuit is working perfectly.You may have a knock that it is reading for long periods.
Try running it disconnected, and see if there is a clatter or knock when accelerating lightly.

You could have a vacuum leak.
