If the problem is sealing around the bead, the tire needs dismounted and the corrosion cleaned off of the wheel. In extreme cases I've had to use a thin layer of spray gasket maker to fill in some rough areas. If the problem lays in the wheel where the tire does not contact, some grinding and RTV can fix it, also with the tire dismounted.

You most likely have serious wear in the track rod and/or drag link bushes. Do NOT try to save money on this - any good tyre service can replace the track rod ends and do a wheel alignment. If that does not fix the problem. you will probably be up for new tyres

Heat Coil Needs to be replace

If you have a leak on the inside of the front tyre this is the swivel hub leaking. Go to ebay and look up "swivel hub grease". You need to replace the swivel hub oil with one shot grease.
