What you have is a bad ignitor. It is a small part located behind the RPM limiter. Getting to it is a little tricky but I will try to explain. On the front of the motor, you will find 2 10mm bolts holding a black object that is the RPM limiter. Take these two bolts out and you will find the silver part behind the black box. It will have one wire running to it. The reason it is intermittent, is that heat from the engine builds up and the heat causes it to be bad. When it cools down, it will go to running again. The part runs about $50-$70 . Replace and make sure the connection fits snugly and that the wire that was under one of the bolts goes back on.

What could be causing my golf cart to lose power? In the morning, it barely goes up the hills. It seems to run normally at night, but when I hit the gas pedal the lights go completely out.

Have the battery checked. Especially make sure they do a shunt regulator test on the cells. Sounds light a shorted cell in the battery.

Need help putting new batteries in 1980 club car can't figure out how to connect wiring to new batteries

This should solve your problem.
Next time you want to take something apart, be sure to take a picture or 2, before you disconnect anything. That will help you put it back like it was.

I'm not getting any spark out of the plug to start the club cart(1994)

Is this a golf cart? Single plug? Test for current getting to coil when ignition switched to ON. If yes, either bad ignition module or bad coil. If NO, check ignition switch and related wiring.

Everlasting turn signal flasher or relay location on a club car

Turn signals have never been a factory option on any standard carts. Only on models like the villager 8 passenger. Most likely behind the dash.

Golf cart starting

There is a custom Golf Cart that looks like a Jeep and is considered an electric club car. If you get a chance there is a show called Barter Kings and one of the shows actually shows one. They are not cheap.

I have a 1988 club car gas golf cart. I have done everything that I can think off. cleaned carburater, drained all fuel tank, replaced battery, replaced some of the gas lines. golf cart will only run...

When you say cleaned carburater did you take it all apart and spray carb cleaner through all the ports, it only takes the smallest debris for it to not run properly
