Buy a filter set from any autopart store and follow instructions, you may ask them what to do but as described earlier in upper post it is on left side of the engine( you will see a air flex tube attached to it.

2005 Chrysler Pacifica: Horn doesn't work, Air bag light on?

Question edited to put year in full.
Question moved to model category.

You have two unrelated issues.

The air bag light is on because there is a fault with it. Only by checking DTC Codes will tell you this issue. It could be the clock spring connection, it could be the sensors.

The Horn issue is probably the horn relay, relay R9.

How do I locate/change air conditioning filter on 2005 Pacifica? I'm lying under the glove box on the passenger side, but don't see where I ''unlock'' it & remove it. In fact, I can't even figure out...

The new filter will not change the smell or filter smoke or much else. Just picks up outside dust, sort of.
May be under wiper cover/air intake cover. Open hood and check that out,on pass side.

Air Conditioner Vents Not Working

The problem is the air conditioner vent door motors have gone out. There are several of these motors that open and close them allowing the air to move to different parts of the car. Since it is electronic, there are motors that open and close these doors. Unfortunately, these motors are not cheap to replace.
