SOURCE: moter will not crank
Can you hear the starter engaging the flywheel?
I could be a big problem...the freeze could have ruined the block of the motor... If you are going to try to fix this yourself fist I would remove all the spark plugs and try to tun it over again. if this does not work then spray some rust penetrating oil in each cylinder and wait a few hours to a day and try again with the starter and if the starter doesn't turn it over try a breaker bar on the crank shaft.
If after all that and it wont turn over you may need a shop to help you out
If you do get it to turn over by hand or by starter, use the starter to turn the engine or for a few minutes (in sort burst to avoid burning up the starter) to help get some of the oil out of the cylinders. then put the plugs back in and hopeful it fires up. .. GL

Do you have a security light flashing in the dash when you try to start it, does the starter spin the engine for but not start it up? Have you tried spraying fuel into the intake during cranking? Do you have spark? Any fault codes? All this can be the problem and other things as well, have them all eliminated as the cause.
