Seat Leon >> Lights. - Turn the light switch to position 0. in the light switch lights up.
http://www.seatia.com/secon-545.html
- Turn the ignition switch in the key-operated switch in the glove box to the position ON fig. 25. The driver is responsible for the proper position of the key-operated switch. You should deactivate the front passenger airbag only if you have to use a rear-facing child seat in exceptional cases.

Children in car seats should never be put in the front seat.  In fact children under the age of 13 should never be in the front seat.  Their bodies are not large enough or strong enough to sustain the impact of a crash or an airbag.  For your baby's safety and your peace of mind it'd be best for you to keep your baby in the rear seat and get a mirror for the back seat to see what's going on.

SOURCE: turn airbag off for 5 series bmw

The airbags do not need to be and should not be turned off if the *child* is sitting front-facing. The danger to kids in the front seat is that a rear facing baby would be hammered into the back of the seat. A front facing child would be protected as an adult. So, before you hunt down further info ... is your kid still sitting rear facing? And is your forward facing child boosted up with an appropriately fitted lap/shoulder belt?

Airbags in and of themselves are dangerous to kids.

SOURCE: my oil light keeps flashing on my seat leon fr 1.8

hallo
check oil preassure (should be 2 bars/2000 rpm. at working temperature) if OK, check oil pressure sensor- change.
if not OK could be bigger problem (leaks, bearings, or turbine problem..)

2008 seat Leon fr diesel. engine turns but wont start, can anyone help?

Not with out codes. Diesels tend to throw a lot of codes. One thing goes bad and drives the PCM crazy. When I get them, I read and write down the codes. Then erase them. See what comes back up. This is where I start.

The light is not due to any clogged filter issue, you have an engine fault in one of the sensors most likely.

How do i deactivate srs so i can replace front seatbelts on 2005 yaris

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
1. Wait at least 90 seconds after the ignition switch is
turned off and the negative (-) terminal cable is
disconnected from the battery before starting the
operation.
(The SRS is equipped with a back-up power source, so
if work is started within 90 seconds of disconnecting
the negative (-) terminal cable of the battery, the SRS
may be deployed).
2. Do not directly expose the steering pad, front
passenger airbag assembly, center airbag sensor
assembly, front airbag sensor, front seat inner belt
assembly, seat position sensor, occupant
classification ECU, front seat side airbag assembly,
side airbag sensor, curtain shield airbag assembly,
rear airbag sensor or front seat outer belt assembly to
hot air or flames.

Pontiac G5 Tire sensors and air bags

Don't go to the dealer, unless you just have too much money. Call around to tire shops in your area and see if anyone has a "Bar-Tech" tool or a similar device that will reset your sensors for you and HUGE savings.

2004 pacifica impact sensors, airbags

you may not always have to replace sensors, but you will have to change the airbag module (usually under front seat, sometimes in middle of dash) To remove the passenger airbag you have to take out the dash.

The airbag light came on and stayed on for no reason.

I have the same issue (which comes and goes often).
It is caused by a loose wire connection, used for the drivers side airbag located in the seat.. The connector for mine is located under the front drivers seat. There are a couple of connectors that are connected to a bar under the front of the seat. I don't recall which one is used for the Airbag sensor.
