You should have fuses for them and probably relay for blower . Check fuses, relay and check for power to your equipment. Check the bulb, power to and ground at the bulb. Check fuse to radio and power to radio. Check blower relay and fuse if it has one and power at blower. Did all this go out at the same time. If they did was some work going on which could have created wiring or short in wiring issues. The link below is for a 98 but some of it may be the same. If you have question about which fuse check them all but if you pull them out do one at a time. Try running the blower motor in all setting, sometimes the resistor will go out and the blower may only work in the highest setting.

I don't believe your particular vehicle's cooling system needs to be bled during coolant filling, but check the coolant level first. It seems that the coolant level is too low for the sensors to be able to sense the temperature, or the sensors are disconnected. Look for a connector on the intake manifold, near the coolant outlet. Ensure it is properly connected.

SOURCE: Adding freon to air conditioner

If your system takes R-134 then the fittings for the high and low pressure are different sizes. You should only be able to fit the connector on the low pressure side.

SOURCE: replace blower motor 1998 plymouth voyager

it is located behind and below the glove box,you might want to remove the glove box assembly to see it easier,
there are four screws holding a blower motor cover you to take off first, now remove the screws holding the blower motor up,disconnect the motor wires.
if your changing this because you think its bad,you should test the blower motor wires with a test light with the key on and blower switch turned on.if you have power in the wires, then it is bad.
but if you have no power in wires it could be blower motor resister,or switch.

I have a 1997 plymouth grand voyager. When I turn on my air conditioner, I do not receive any cold air only hot air.I used to receive cold out a couple of months ago but even then it would only blow c

The likely cause is a bad compressor clutch, but there are other possible causes. The first thing to do is to observe the compressor with the engine running. The clutch is inside the pulley. When the a/c is off, the pulley turns on thr belt, but the clutch does not turn. When the a/c is turned on, the clutch should lock on the pulley and turn with it. Run this test and post the result here.

Most cars you can use a coat hanger or other straight flexable object to go up thru the tube. There may be water on the other side so be prepared.

check under hood at main fuse relay there should be a line of relays. If not you have to pull the dash apart under steering colum on back firewall on left side you wil find 4 wire harnesses. that is where you start testing for power to see if the harnesses have gotten wet.
