D problem is simply a lightbulb out on the cluster board.
Simple to remove the cluster and replace the bulb.
The Service Required light can be reset by
1) Turn they key to the II position
2) Turn the key to the off position, and push and hold in the odometer reset button
3) Turn they key back to the II position, while still holding the button.
4) After about 10-15 seconds, the light should go off.

Try pulling up the brake pedal with your foot,Sometimes your brake doesnt come back all the way,and the brake switch keeps the cruise from working. Also, check the fuse.If those answers dont help,It could be the swith itself is bad. Those can be bought at a parts store.

Try to clean/change the brake switch. The switch is positioned at the brake pedal. On Accord 2003 it can be very easily removed by anti-clockwise rotation of the switch. You can replace the switch with a new one or you can clean the contacts of the old one, since the switch can be dismantled very easily.

check all your fuses first then take a look at the brake switch and there is a criuse cancel switch also, i think there may be a problem with the switch, even if the cancel switch was bad i think the power would still stay on but cruise would just stop and power would stay on. check fuses and switches anyway to be sure then take a look at the power switch.

Common problem - this happened to me yesterday and many reports on the internet of similar. The switch has to be replaced (around $26-36 for the part) but most dealers quote $150 for labor. No-one yet has done it due to proximity to airbag but I will be asking questions at the dealer. I am prepared to spend an extra $10 buying the part there if they tell me how to do it myself!
