Go to ford fleet owners manual.com and download the full version of the owners manual then go to roadside emergencies and your fuse box diagrams and fuse values are there and the relays location also check that the master window switch is not corroded at the connector clean it of oxidation from the contacts and ensure that it fits tight on the switch any blue/greenish stuff must be removed and made shiny all the power goes through there first for the other windows and the relay if you clean it and it still doesn't work the contacts inside the actual switch need to be cleaned or change the switch

www.edmonds.com for owner manuals online I also have a 2000 expedition and it is normally one of the coil packs is out if you have an autozone near you they will put it on the tester for free and that way you will know what is wrong and if it is the coil pack if you are standing in front of the truck looking at the engine this is how the cylinder location is on the passanger side back to the back of the engine is one thru four and on driverside is five thru eight so when they tell you which coil pack is bad you will know which one to replace and you can get just the boot and a new spring and replace that for around $6 to $8 then replacing the whole thing for around $65. try www.autozone.com to see if they have your car listed for diagrams pictures and step by step instructions if your car is not listed then try your local library they have all the car manuals and even copy them for you
