I have a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. I'm looking for: instructions, part numbers, torque specs and progress pictures of the repair, regarding rocker arms replacement.

A GM dealer shows me another source, which says 32 Nm (24 lb-ft). Not sure which one is right but they screwed up my car.

for cylinder head the torque is : step 1 55 ft-lb, step 2 65 ft-lb, step 3 85 ft-lb. Rocker arm stud nut or bolt is 17 to 23 ft-lb. and valve cover bolt 72 to 108 in-lb.

SOURCE: Torque specs... Working on a '93

Tighten the rocker arm nuts to 14-20 ft. lbs. (19-27 Nm).
