SOURCE: How do I remove the running light/turn signal assembly
open the hood, and look at the top of the headlight assembly. There should be a couple of L-shaped pins sticking down through it. Some had two, some only had one, so adjust as necessary. Pull the pins, and remove the headlight. As for the turn signal, there should be a plastic clip that holds it on, that you have to push on in order for it to release. When you get it released, you should be able to pull it away from the body.

SOURCE: Where is the Turn Signal relay located on a '00 Intrigue?
It's up under the left side of the dash, attached to the same bracket as the body control module. But sometimes the problem is in the hazard switch - try pressing it when the signals don't work and that often brings them back to life. Also, check the ground wire to the left of the base of the steering column.
