Test or have battery and charging system tested. Clean battery terminals.
Testimonial: "Carl Rock, I will clean the Battery connectors and check the charge tomorrow, but if I may, when I turn the key to start position and push in the key a bit hard toward the column the car start every time, but if I do not push in the key it want start."
Ok, that problem likely is the steering column lock module (lock/tamper). Your method, pushing in the switch is the standard temporary solution.
Search the internet, you'll find its a common problem.
Ford wants you to replace the entire steering column in excess of $1500.
There are various less expensive solutions shown on internet videos, but I chose to roll my own. It continues to work after more than 6 months.
If you're handy you can do yourself. Search for videos on how to remove ignition lock cylinder. The only special tool you might need is a 5.5mm socket.
Once you have removed the lock cylinder, look where the lock cylinder seats into the steering column module. You will see a white nylon pin about the diameter of a tooth pick. This pin is not being pushed in far enough due wear of the ignition lock and lock module components.
Using scissors I merely cut two pieces of plastic shim (from a plastic pop bottle) into a rectangular shape about 1/4x3/8" folded in half and placed into the cavity of the cylinder. Cut into the right dimensions, friction will hold the shims in place.
The thickness of two shims will push the pin in far enough that it functions. My first attempt I only used one shim and had to add the second after 2 months.
So for the cost of a bottle of pop and your time, you save $1500.

Does the engine crank but just not start? Or... are you cycling the ignition switch without trying to crank the engine? Based on the information you have given, I would first guess that the fuel pump may be going out. I say this because when you first turn the key on the pump primes the engine with pressurized fuel. If the pump is getting old, it may take a few power cycles to get it going. You can test this theory by having somebody listen near the rear of the car while you turn the key on for the first time. The fuel pump make a faint, yet distinctive high pitch noise that can be heard when you turn the key on. Try that first. Next thing you would try is checking the relays for proper function... starting with the fuel pump relay. Good luck.

If the battery tests that it is holding a charge and has plenty of volts to otherwise start the vehicle then I would be willing to bet that it is the starter. Try following the red or positive battery cable down to the starter. Have some one turn the key to the start position while you or someone else gently taps on the starter with a hammer to see if it is just stuck. If this does not work, i would take the starter out of the vehicle and take it to a parts store and have it tested before buying a new one.
