Go on your computer in the browser section and enter - Chevy Spark 800cc engine cylinder Head bolt torque settings. You will get several replies back one of which will be You Tube and that will show you the repair and the head bold torque bolt settings.

sorry i do not have ESP torque settings is not a question, so i do not know what you are looking for or the year because every bolt in the vehicle has a torque setting and they could all be different. Maybe a Chevy dealer could help you.

What part are you actually tightening down? There are hundreds of bolts on any car and the torque settings are different for each and every one of them.

got to Chevy, walk in , to parts counter, ask for FSM on above.
we have alldata.com but no sparks here. zero
i bet your unstated country has no Alldata like equivlent .
so CHEVY dealer time.
what i do , if i buy new car, i dont take delivery with out the book for free. (i tell the sales man that, and it blinks and goes, YOU GOT A DEAL)
never home with out it or be a slave to dealers.

can someone help i have a chevy spark 2003 800cc. we redone the whole engine it has drive for 276km and it just cut out and since we can't get it to start and the diagnostiucs don't pic up anything
