Assuming yours has the the 3.6 V6 engine you have 2. The bulging section of exhaust pipe bolted directly to each exhaust manifold.

The Catalytic Converter is part of the muffler system, and can be found between the rear of the engine and before the muffler on the exhaust system.

I could not find one on my Enclave either. I ended up disconnecting the lower rad hose and draining the coolant that way. It worked fine and was easy to do.
