I am not too knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. The car is running in limp mode it is shifting okay starts a little rough but other then that it seems to be ok. I only paid little for it so I am not looking to put a lot into it. Can it run like this without issues? and if was too start trying to fix these where would I start? is there a certain part that might get rid of multiple codes? Any help would be great :)
One fault related to the fuel evap system and the others might be related to transmission problems, perhaps a single cause, however a really good scan tool with bidirectional software would help the diagnostic process a great deal.

It may have a "loss of prime" code that usually follows a service of the fluid and filter. After you're sure the fluid is full at operating temperature, disconnect the battery for a few minutes and reconnect to see if the code resets. I hope this helps.

I was told to change my Transmission Control Module, located on the transmission . You can get it new for under $200 but, I was advised to get it from a junk yard it's alot cheaper and its easier. I hope this helps

The codes listed all point to the transmission being in bad shape or some wiring got crossed. Check with a trans shop for an estimate.

I have the same exact truck as you do and had a similar problem awhile ago when i installed the hypertech system. I had to uninstall the hypertech and then have a buddy (cause i did not know how) drain the residual power from the brain... apparenlty the brain houses a small amount of power and remembers these codes so after you turn off your truck...poof there they are again. This worked for me, but then I had other electrical problems so I the dealership had to replace the brain.
the shift solenoid sounds like the most likely cause of the shifting problem. when was the last tune up done on your cavalier?
