You can try to fit a wrench in to unbolt the striker attached to the hood then pull it up to get to the hood lock for replacement

If the cable link to the latch is rusty or broken you have to take the front grid down. It's relatively easy. It's held there by plastic fasteners. Then reach for the latch with you hand, or the leftover broken cable. Pull it, it should release the first latch, than you just have to get to the security latch, like you usually do to open the hood.

There is a rachet right below the hood that you can reach from radiator grill.
Take a long thin screw driver, reach it and turn that rachet.
You will hear the "click" sound and the hood will pop open.

Or use a socket and swivel adapter from underneath either way try to unbolt the lock itself or the striker that holds the lock
Look inside where latch broke off if wire sticking out use vicegrips or pliers pull wire while pulling get someone to lean on bonnet then off it should open.
Also if hoods popping up when driving its open.You just need to unlatch your safety latch as per normal
