I check the fuses inside the car they was good what all i need to check and how to fix the problem?
Its possible its the fan motor itself. you could check for power and ground at the motor. If you have + and - bump the motor to see if it will run. If you dont have + - then it could be the Blower motor Resistor.
Usually This is a bad blower motor. Check power and ground to the motor. When a resistor goes bad that controls the motor you will usually only have one speed.
Blower motor speed resistor pack or wiring.

that's normal when hot, but should't run down the battery. if severly overheats ffnd/fix that problem. the other will probably dissapear . if not excessively hot then the fan heat sensor is faulty....

You have clean the blower unit , may be its dirty then . and then check the blower resistor unit for malfunction.
