You need to put your car on a lift and see exactly where the leak is coming from.
Wipe clean the bottom of your transmission use a degreaser and some shop rags so you can see what kind of leak you have and where its leaking at, I assume it is an automatic.
Is it a pan gasket, a seal or a cracked case.
I would take it to a transmission shop and
have them fix it or replace it. If it is a pan gasket you probably can do it yourself if your are up to it, depending on your skill set level, Youtube can help guide you if you decide to go that route.
Whatever you do please do not use any diy tranny sealant that you put in your transmission, it’ll gum up the internal gears, belts, ports and could ruin your transmission, if it’s just a pan gasket leak.
If its a seal a tranny shop can rebuild it or a crack case your tranny needs to be replaced with a rebuilt tranny or a certified salvaged tranny.

SOURCE: bad transmission leak

are u sure it isnt the rear transmission seal? they do wear out or sometimes they just go bad.if you drop the pan you will better be able to tell if its the seal or not.

SOURCE: 2007 Lincoln MKZ, very intermittent transmission hesitation

This is going to be either a programing issue in the transmission control module or an main control valve body concern. This vehicle is under warranty for 48 months or 50000 miles so I would have my local dealer take a look at it.
Ford has a new techincal service bulletin out on a concern similar to what you are describing. It states that if vehicle has less then 20000 miles to reprogram the PCM and TCM, if it has over 20000 miles they recommend to replace the main conrol valve body. The TSB number is 08-24-01

SOURCE: red fluid leak. Large puddle formed overnight.

It could be a leaking trans pan, output shaft seal,or bad rack & pinion.

Black oil from under my Lincoln 2007mkz

Check your oil plug and filter, make sure they are tight. check your valve covers for bad gaskets. It could also be a bad seal in your engine. make sure you check your oil level in the engine before you drive it. hopefully this helps. The seals in the engine that is most likely to leak is the rear main seal.

Changed my trasmission fluid and after an hour i checked it and it was brown

You have a failed & burnt transmission,
from using it with the fluid low

That will cost you three or four thousand
to repair, where just changing the fluid every
3 years & making sure you had no leaks was
your responsibility

How to fill transmission fluid in mkz

Through the dipstick fluid level checker, if you have one. Some newer cars don't even have a transmission fluid checker dipstick. If yours doesn't have the dipstick, check with the dealer on how to add fluid.

My car hesitates and roars by jerking into gear while accelerating and decelerating. What would be some reasons that this is happening?

The tranny fluid may be low. Check it when hot,car idling & in park. The tranny bands may need adjustment & check all vacuum lines for leaks. Good luck!
