This site should help you. I believe that the parking lights are fused and do not use a relay.

Check fuses inside and underhood, as it's not uncommon for them to be on their own fuse(s)

Where's the fuse for tail lights, fuse for dash light on a 2005 keep liberty located at?

now engine or country, they sell exports, not same.
car drives perfectly, must i ask?> and head lamps work.
finger drummming, ,,,,,,ugh!

all new jeeps that Park (its not tails now its park up to 3 or 4 per side of car, so is called park now)
circuits are shared, in many cases, other wise need 100 fuses.
now ill look at your SM , the missing service manual you skipped reading, (it may have a relay park too)
first ill pretend you said, USA
then said.KJ jeep
with 3..7 liter engine, sorry diesels can be quite different
ill pretend all side parks dead and inside, yes, they too are park related.
and license plate lamp DEAD
yes that park relay runs all outside lamps and fuse
JB7 and9
i guess dash lamp (so many ) is Cluster back lamps dead>
IP cluster? dead. for night driving, sure
fuse jb9 runs cluster.lamps
so but F7 runs right side.
so of left and right sides dead,
ill bet dollar to donuts, both are not blown'
so seems the really is toast or
BCM brains scramble,
Scan it yet, this is always first of 2fuse above are good.

only this (about)has one tail lamp. and tiny.1884

Where is the fuse for the running lights on 2002 Jeep Liberty?

zero symptoms stated, just vague, running lamps.(with an 'S')
running, are parks, old name , PARK.
which lamps are dead, the PARK lamp fees are the largest feed on cars. , 2 in trail, 2 in front, and side markers and the cab is full of parking lamps, called illumination lamps with dim feature.
so do all other things work on car, head lamps
engine run, and HVAC and all that?
Ill now answer ,and pretend you said, USA Liberty, on our USA forum.
does your car have DRL feature, like in canada, mandate.
daylight running lights> ill pretend , NO.
Ill pretend you said all exterior park lamps are dead
and the PARK relay is dead.
the relay feeds fuse 9 and 23, so its not likely both those blew.
the relay is controlled by the BCM brain, so if the brain fails to see the switch turned, there will be no parks, nor relay closure.
if engine runs, ok
and head lamps work ok
and all else work then get the car scanned.
to see if the BCM even sees the park commands are sent out.
if engine dont start or stater sound weak , we'd fix that first.
if only parks fail then the BCM is next. (fuses above ok)
all fuses ok. (we check all fuses first. or read the book to see the complex nature of power and fuses on this car.)

the scans must not show, for example MUX to BCM failures.
the MUX is the combo switch outputs to the BCM.
if no errors there, then we diagnose why the park relay is dead.
its not wired like 1970 jeep. not at all
its run by 2 + computers and a network,

2004 Jeep Liberty left tail light, left front parking light, and license plate light not working. Replaced all bulbs and number 7 fuse. Any ideas?

sure, do you have 12vdc to the lamp, in park?
if not work to the source , the relay that the operates that.
alldata.com has the schematic.

fact 1, license plate feed runs off left park.
fact 2, the park relay feed both left and right park fuses and lamps.
so, fuse 7 is left, and fuse 9 is right.
did you only just look at the fuse, and proclaim, good.
or use a voltmeter? or use ohms to test fuse 7, oops
fuses that look good, can be bad. 0 ohms good, infinity is bad.

use volts, is there 12vdc on both sides if fuse 7,>?
yes, then fuse is good, parks turned on.
no, the output side of fuse 7 is 0v. so fuse is blown
if input is dead, the relay is bad, but how can it , if right works, answer.
it cant be bad.
so what is the voltage all the way from the fuse to the lamps.
id bet, (fuse good an voltage good at fuse 2 sides) that the line is open. cut wire, corroded connector.

the BCM turns the relay on, this part works.
so.... its just a break in this simple copper path.

use a voltmeter, it will not lie to you, trust it./

Right side parking lights

usa car, not Renegade or export car. nor DRL lamps.

fuse, can look good but be bad.
use any ohm meter, to make sure they are good. 0 ohms good.
the car can have park-tail relay. yes, it does have a park relay
that feeds 2 fuses (#7&9) then all lamps left and right.
the BCM controls the relay. body brain.

check voltage at all 4 pins of park relay, and bingo know who is messing up,?
pins 86/87 hot 12v all the time( battery)
87a = ground 0v all times.
30 is relay output, 12v park on.
85 pin is relay coil control. 0v park, 12v not park.
if you have 0v on 85 , in park the BCM is working

there is start.
if a fuse is blown to the BCM, it will mess up
