Check your trans fluid and inspect for leaks asap. If level is good and leaks are none to minimal, I would suggest a new trans cooler. Your current one could be clogged.

Use a paper clip to connect terminals #4 & #11 of the DLC (OBDII) 16 pin connector located near the driver side kick panel. Turn the ignition to the ON position, DO NOT START. The CHECK TRANS light on the dash will flash any stored trouble codes. Codes will be repeated three times each. Flashing will continue until the jumper wire (paper clip) is removed.
