SOURCE: Heater not working
Depending on what package the Jeep came with, you could have a broken or disconnected vacuum line to the heater doors.
If it's electronic, there could be a blend door accuator not working.
There could be a bad heater control valve or just a engine thermostat that's staying open all the time.
