Radio stop working

Check for a blown fuse in the power circuit to the radio.
If your radio is an aftermarket one, it may have been improperly installed and powered from the cigarette lighter circuit. If so, check the fuse for the cigarette lighter circuit.

It may be that a "fusible link" was blown open when you attached a defective cell phone charger (what you call a "memory charger?) If so, you will have to get professional help in finding the location of the fusible link, often buried within the car's wiring harness.

I am wondering the price (roughly) and the # of the fuse which powers the cigarette lighter and the radio on a 2001 Town

First a recall - in case you are having radio issues:

Due to possible water leakage from the air conditioning system, Chrysler has recalled all 2001-02 Dodge and Chrysler minivans with base radios. Moisture can enter the vent holes on the top of the chassis and short circuit the radio, possibly causing a fire. Dealers are to remove the radio and apply protective tape to keep water out.

Next Fuse location: 15 AMP#14DRIVER'S SIDE UNDER HOOD

I have a 2005 town and country minivan,i can not find the fuse for the cigarette lighter and i don't understand the abbreviations on the fuse box panel can you please help.

the cigarette lighter fuse may be marked cig.usually it is clearly marked on the fuse panel cover.if all else fails check all the fuses with a test light.sometimes the cigarette lighter element burns out and doesn`t work.this is the part that you light the cigarette with and the element can be changed by it self.it unscrews from the handle portion when you pull up on the sliding part and turn the element portion.

2006 Chrysler T&C dash lights don't come on, at night cannot see buttons or switches... Is this a fus isse, which one?

It is most likely a fuse and it will be labeled as the instrument panel or running lights fuse. Sometimes it is connected with the cigarette lighter. Hope this helps!
