horns stuck up ,behind the front bumper ,get assistant to hold on horn button and tap horns with a light hammer and see what happens

16 is the rim size and most modern ones will take 215 tyre. Of more concern is the PCD (which dictates how holes line up) would suggest a trip to a breakers and get 4 from any VW Passat (or other) of similar age

Use 5W-30 for cold weather, gives you an easy engine start and good gas millage, in summer time you can use 10W-30.

check door switches remove 1 at a time and unplug it once you find the bad switch lights will go out
un plug 1 at a time

With the TDI you'll need a different set tools and procedure that is not similar to gas engine. So if you don't have them I would suggest to buy a Bentleys factory manual. With that you'll have info on specific tools. Remember you adjust the injector timing opposed to adjusting a distributor using a timing light.

its wore beyond spec or loose, dont be too nervous about it, until you get it fixed just try to not bounce off the steering locks. the more it slips, the faster it'll fail

Check your wheel bearings...loud roaring noise if they need to be replaced
