98 cavalier abs sensors on back tires. need to take off to see if they need cleaned. can't see how?

I am a little confused...you say 98 Cavalier, but it is posted under 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix???

No matter....In EITHER case, you are wasting your time. The wheel speed sensors are an integral part of the bearing and hub assembly. You cannot disassemble them to do any "cleaning" without destroying them.

I replaced the tensioner on my 2004 cavalier timing chain. now it wont start. maybe the timing is off? i need to know where the timing marks are and how to set them.

I strongly recommended you to buy a manual book of your car, so that if you have something to know about your car, its all there.

98 s70 timing marks

The plastic cover that you take off on top of the cylinder head. Its two pieces. The piece on the left you need to put back on. There are two cut out marks on it. Those are you cam timing marks for TDC, and there is a mark on the crank as well that should match up to the bottom of the engine block. Youll know when you see it.

Well the biggest problems for the 98 and 99 cavaliers are that they mess up from the timing chain,..they make a rattling noise on the right side underneath the fender.
