There is a bypass tube under the intake manifold that is leaking or the nipple that it connects to or the heater hose clamp or hose has failed if you don't see coolant under the intake then it's most likely the hoses in the back they connect to the top of the manifold and to the bypass tube that goes under the manifold this could also be the plastic hose fitting on the manifold has broken from being over tightened, the bypass tube has a rubber hose attached to it with a clamp that attaches to the pipe nipple if you were running on water or less then a 70/30 coolant mixture the steel nipple rusted out I know 50/50 is what they tell you but the concentration needs to be higher to ward off corrosion and rusting of steel parts try to stuff a rag in there to drink up the coolant and jack up fromm the rear if there is nothing leaking in the back the front will puddle up if this is it ok post back if needed
Check the freez plugs.
FREEZE/CORE PLUGS
Every TECH KNOWS USING WATER FOR COOLANT (not AF50%)
THAT SAID WATER FREEZES AND WATER EXPANDS CRAZY
FAST AT 31f (0C) JUST BELOW IT FORMS ICE AND EXPANDS LIKE CRAZY EVEN CRACKS THE ENGINE BLOCK IN HALF.
AND THE CORE PLUGS PUSH AND POP OUT'
THIS IS THERE FIRST SIGN OF TROUBLE. (EYEBALLED)
THUS THE NAME FREEZE PLUGS, AT THE FREEZE.
SEE? YES THE ARE CORE PLUGS USED IN SCAN CAST BLOCKS.
SOME MODERN ENGINES HAVE NOT OR JUST FEW IN THE HEADS.
OP SAW WATER OR COOLANT. WE DON'T Know what he mike saw there.
engine told 2003 year 3.9L: is the v8 there
cases ,if just water is the AC cooling condensate tube dripping pure water the ground
using AC or defrost mode it will drip, even a puddle.
if is slick green coolant on the garage floor
at rear of engine that is a fix me now event
and do not drive the car or risk $$$$$ damage.
Coolant leaks
heater hoses 2 can leak,we just watch if leak hood up fully hot engine, i watch it warm up
at 15psi coolant ,pressure it will leak and be seen of you just stand there gawking.
or
intake manifold leaking at rear V.
head gasket leaks
all hoses below
oil cooler too can leak
all seen there can leak
just watching it leak shows what is leaking
just watch. and discover it, not just side glace.
look long and hard. or get it serviced like 99.9% do.
seen here, the full path see arrows/?
Im reading the service manual to you below
so can you .
is see not one freeze/core plug in the 3.9
as seen here in restored conditions clear as day
no intake man leaks possible ,just just like 4.7L jeeps, non to leak there ,no head to man, water ports at all.
https://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/forum/...
leaks to rear will be 2 top causes on 3.9L RWD ENGINE
HOSES, OR ANY FITTINGS SEEN IN THE LINK ABOVE. GASKETS AND SEALS
THE ONLY COOLANT REAR IS HOSES AND HEAD LEAKS
NO REAR HEAD CORE PLUGS.
JUST HOSES. OR BLOWN HEAD GASKETS.
UNLESS RUNNING ONLY WATER THERE AND CRACKED THE BLOCK AND OR HEADS. SEE IT TOO MANY TIMES.CARS/BOATS/RV/
50% ANTIFREEZE MIX ONLY
70% IS MAX NEVER RUN PURE 100% ANTIFREEZE EVER.
UNLESS UP IN THE KLONDIKE OR AT Alert, Nunavut
-56degr F there happens.
they use loop or block heaters there or FAIL.
-50f is best we can do ,

SOURCE: lincoln ls v8 2001 im leaking coolant directly
from my past experience this car is going to need a new coolant tank the molding seam opens when hot and leaks.
SOURCE: 2002 LS: aHow do I fill radiator in my V8 Lincoln LS...
First- to drain ,you can reach the drain valve, from the pass side,if you lay on the ground and reach up to the radiator. You do not even have to raise the vehicle up
Second- mix Yellow GO5 Coolant about 50/50 or 60/40. Do not use Green in a Ford or Orange GM
To Fill- Remove the front two plastic screw type buttons, from the engine cover
-Remove the cover
The radiator cap is on the front of engine,on top,it is plastic
Remove cap and that is your fill point
Run engine to warm and get thermostat open,as you would with any vehicle
Top off coolant,replace cap
VERY IMPORTANT-next to the Power Brake Booster, and just under it,is a BLEEDER HOSE;to let air out of system. Turn screw slot ,only a little,DO NOT REMOVE SCREW. When coolant runs out close.
Fill-Degas Bottle,to full line,with coolant.
Check the next couple days on resevoir level ( Degas Bottle)

Forget the four coils. That is a common problem, but I would question 4 failing.
The ABS ,Parking Brake,Speedo Etc,where nothing to worry about, you were loosing power, when it went to fail safe,so they came up.
ETC -is Electronic Throttle Control, your problem? Maybe
You will need to have a scanner put on it's,daignostic connector under the dash,to check for codes. Them only a trained technician can follow a chart or test proceedure to properly repair.
I have a 2004 LS,one of Ford most high tech and complicated vehicles.
Conclusion: only a professional can repair you car.
I would start with a local shop. If money you have money to throw away,go to a dealer.
Most likely have to wave to it on a flat bed carrier. Don't flat tow it.

You have COP Ignition Coils Misfiring
They are bad enough to spike the PCM
and come back on the TPS Sensor and set
the 2107 & 2110 TACM Codes
(Throttle Actuator Control Motor)
You should have about 5 more codes
