Where is the fuel pump relay in a 1997 chevy blazer 4.3l ?

driver's side under the hood above the brake master cylinder ....should be 2 relays there... it's the outer one... they are identical and you can swap them temporarily to check that your fuel pump relay is working.

In the glove box behind a plastic panel. There are 3 relays in there. The fuel pump is the one closest to the drivers side.

On the firewall near top on the drivers side, it shluld be right next to another relay that looks the same.

here is a picture of what it looks like, imagine a wire harness coming out of the bottom of it while looking for it. Also, the printing on the relay in picture may not be present on yours.
