i think the inner fender and right front wheel has to come off there are bolts from under the hood that have to come outgood luck.

i am a saturn tech and ive never heard of this concern,the columns do go bad but they just set a ses light and cut out power,the column could be bad,it could also be the intermediate shaft u joint binding,,,i rec take to dealer, could be serious

Yes you will need to remove the steering column and the dash, also center console if equiped, empty freon from the ac system, this is done to be able to remove the box with core.

No you need to disconnect it from the cluch pedel first there will be a pin with a clip remove them then remove the the bolts that hold it on the fire wall and you will have to remove the line that comes from the resivior and it should come out. You will need to bleed the entire system after this opperation. The bleeder is located on the slave cylinder looks like a bleeder on your brakes and works the same and will be on the bell houseing where the engine and transmission are bolted together might be tough to get at but when you find it you will be able to do this good luck
