SOURCE: replace water pump on 2004 Dodge Stratus 2.4L DOHC

First, I'd recommend you buy a manual, because the water pump is internally mounted, driven by the timing belt. You will also need a puller to remove the crankshaft pulley. You can usually rent/borrow this from the same place you bought the manual. The manual will also show you how to properly install the timing belt and compress the tensioner.
You will need to drain the cooling system, raise the car (safely), remove the right tire, right inner fender, right engine mount (aka front mount), accessory drive belts, timing belt cover, timing belt and tensioner (which needs to be recompressed correctly), and now you are at the water pump. Since the timing belt has to be removed, you should also replace it.

SOURCE: 2004 Dodge Stratus Sedan. engine light stays on,

Take the vehicle to any auto parts store that offers to read the fault codes with a scanner for free and find out what that code is. If it shows Upstream or Downstream O2 sensor replace the O2 Sensor. There is a catch, dodge had an issue in the 2000 - 2004. The ECM will show a fault code that indicates the Catalytic converter is faulty. This is actually a faulty Downstream O2 Sensor. If you get a Catalytic converter fault code replace the O2 sensor first if you still have the problem then replace the converter.

2005 dodge stratus engine fires along as the starter is engaged..when the key is released..it will not continue running..have checked all the fuses I can see..or is this even a fuse problem?

It could very well be the keyswitch itself... Try carefully wigling it to see if contact can be maintained before removing it from the steering column (too much work!).

Nothing works on my steering wheel of my 2004 dodge stratus

You probably have a damaged clockspring assembly. You must remove the steering wheel and partially disassemble the steering column to replace it.

How to replace lower control arm with balljoint on 2005 dodge strutus sedan

You need the repair manual. You will need some
hefty tools. The procedure is not that difficult, but
a few components have to be disassembled or removed
to access the lower control arm. I'm not plugging Haynes,
but their manual has step by step instructions.

Can you put a size p215/65/15 on a 2004 dodge stratus es sedan

You should have a sticker on the door jam that tells you what tires are OK for your car. Generally going one size below or above will not hurt anything, but may make your speedometer a bit inaccurate...(a few mph off in either direction)

How do you replace a flasher on a 2002 Dodge Stratus?

The flasher is mounted to the back side of the multi-function switch. To gain access, the upper steering column cover must be removed. The flasher can be removed by pulling it forward. The flasher is serviced separately from the multi-function switch. The flasher is black.

2004 Stratus Steering Rack

You'll need to be able to get the car up pretty high because you'll have to lower the front subframe. First disconnect it from the steering column under the dash, pinch bolt, so you can lower the gear and subframe. Raise car up, You'll need to lower the rear of the frame not the front leaving the gear on the frame. This makes it easer to access the gear bolts and lines. Once lower and everthing is unbolted, you may have to disconnect the lower steering shaft from the gear in order to get it out. It should be a roll pin that you will drive out. Everthing else is straight forward, tie rods etc.The lower shaft is master splined so you won't have worry about getting it on wrong. One caution, don't let the steering wheel turn after column is diconnected. It will damage the clockspring in the upper column later.
