call a parts store they usually can provide you the routing for serpantine belts good luck getting it right though it can be tricky pay close attention to how the belt is routed :)

If there is no decal under your hood somewhere, you can usually get them by wrapping the belt, first, around the crank pulley, and then work your way around, putting flat sides to flat pulleys, and ribs to ribs. There may be a couple of different ways to go, but you'll figure it out.

I dont know that such thing is available but, any time you have to get a dash boar out, you have to remove the steering column as well, and that is not a simple thing to do. best luck to you
